Is Senior a person?
No. Senior is the app on your team's phones. We call it Senior because it does what your best senior does: it remembers, it reminds, and it asks before it acts.
How long does set-up take?
It depends on how many outlets you have. We load your outlets, people, items, suppliers and recipes from your spreadsheets, check them, and show you a dry run before anything goes live.
Do my staff need email?
No. Staff can sign in with their phone number, or a login ID printed on a sheet. Everyone sets their own password at first sign-in.
Does it replace my POS?
No. Senior works next to your POS. Your cashier imports each day's item sales, so stock used and sales line up.
Where is my data kept?
In India, on AWS in Mumbai. Each customer's data is kept apart in the database itself. See Trust.
Can Senior look after more later?
Yes. Tell us and we switch it on. Nothing you've recorded is lost when something is switched off.
