Each person sees only their place and their work

Access is given to a job role at a place, and covers that place and everything under it. The database checks it on every request, so a mistake in a screen can't show the wrong data.

Senior only advises

Senior can read and suggest. A person approves every change, and their name is on it.

Your data stays yours

Every customer's data is kept apart inside the database, and every table is checked by an automatic test on every release.

Nothing changed quietly

Every stock movement and approval is recorded with who, when and why. Stock is never edited, only added to or taken from.

Nobody approves their own request

Requests go to the right person by place and role. Whoever asks can never be the one who approves.

Kept in India

On AWS in Mumbai. Bills are kept for 7 years. Clock-in selfies and locations are deleted on a fixed schedule.

Sign-in that suits a kitchen
